The site is called Tax Refund Tracker and it claims to have a total of $890 million in refunds.
One of the refund claims says it received a total amount of $1,049,000 from taxpayers over the course of 12 months.

According to the site, the money is going to a charity of “one of Australia’s top philanthropists”, who has been involved in the fight against climate change.
It is not clear how the money was spent.
Another refund claim says the site has received $4.9 million in tax returns and has also received $2.7 million from taxpayers in the past year.
Some of the refunds claim to have been paid to individuals and businesses.
On the Tax Refunter website, the following information is provided: The total refund is $2 million from an individual and $2 for each business (total $3,000).
The refund is paid directly to the IRS.
