Apple Watch users should start tracking their calories on their devices, the company announced today.
In addition to being able to get a complete list of their calories, Apple Watch owners can also now also track their activity, and they can even keep track of calories in the morning.
Users can also use a special app called the EMR Tracker to see their current resting heart rate, activity, distance traveled, calories burned, and how much water they have in their body.
Apple says the EHR Tracker will track all your activity from workouts to sleep cycles and even calories burned.
The app also lets users view how much weight they have lost and how many calories they have stored.
Users will also be able to use the Apple Watch to keep track with Apple Health, and users will be able choose from several different types of workouts.
Apple Watch users can also log in to the Apple Health app to view activity, calories, sleep, and even exercise.
