There are two ways you can track your parcel: by calling the Canada Post office and by visiting the website.
If you’re going to the post office, make sure you call the number you used when you made your order.
You’ll need to provide your order number and the name of the parcel, which will then be matched with the postal address where it’s going to be delivered.
If the address is a regular business address, it should be the same address you give to your bank and the parcel will be sent to that address.
The address must match exactly.
If your parcel is being delivered to an address you don’t know, it will be returned to the address you entered on the website and you’ll have to enter your postal address again.
Canada Post says you can check the tracking number on your parcel by checking its address on the Canada Postal website.
Once you have the tracking, you can then use the website to track it to your home, office or any other location.
You can also use Canada Post to track your package to the next address you choose.
If there’s no tracking, your package will still be tracked to the postal office where it will arrive.
